My experience with Therapy notes has been great! This program is very user friendly, offers billing, credit card services, scheduling and much more! The customer service was exceptional with answering questions and very patient. I Highly recommend Therapy notes to all clinicians as well as Mental Health Facilities!

I have been using TherapyNotes for over a year, following trials of two other EHR platforms. I'm older and struggle with technology but have found TherapyNotes to be the easiest of the ones I've tried. When I do have a question, the support staff is consistently helpful, patient and friendly. I also appreciate the quality and ease of the included telehealth option. Insurance claims are so easy to process and I have added the credit card option which works well for some of my clients. Well worth the cost of the program!
