Typically when I have to call support for a device or software or other issue, I dread it. The wait time is incredibly long and the people who answer are rude or unable to help. Today, I had occasion to need help with Therapynotes and as has been my experience in the past, I did not have a long wait time, they were knowledeable, patient and eager to help. I don't dread calling support at TherapyNotes! You guys are awsome!!!!

Customer Service support is the best. They always help and are never condescending. It is so true. They always send a follow up email with details to the call. I have created a folder for my calls to refer back to.
