Just as before, I was able to speak with support staff in a timely manner and receive friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable service. Not only did the support agent Dan provide me with detailed information, but he also followed it up with an email after the call. It makes my job easier knowing I will receive excellent and reliable service each time I reach out to Therapy Notes staff.

I am a provider who is new to Therapy Notes. I have been impressed with so many aspects of this company. There are abundant ways of getting information to learn how to use this program. Having said that, I a m impressed by the support team. They get back to you in a prompt manner, direct you to resolving an issue, or point you in the direction that would best answer your question. I highly recommend this program, I know I have only just begun to experience all of what it can do. I forgot to mention I am a Private Practitioner.

My support person understood what I was trying to do from my perspective! Contrast this with other places where you struggle to explain what you need in terms of their system. She then walked me through the set up steps while knowing enough about the industry to help me avoid an incorrect setting. Professional and friendly.
