It's a great platform. My biggest complaint about TherapyNotes is the delay in synching calendars. However, the customer support has always been very helpful and addressed any issue that ever arose.

Every time I call Therapy Notes for customer services support, I get to speak with a polite, professional and knowledgable representative. This time was no different. Cin was very helpful. He took time to look to find a solution and give me helpful information. Thnk you!

I did not know the requirements or how to go about coming into compliance with PCI. Katelyn patiently walked me through every step as a bumped my way around and she guided me every step of the way until all questions were answered and I had confirmation of full compliance. I was SO grateful for her knowledge, understanding and patience. A+++!!

There was barely any hold time to get through to someone and once I got an agent, she was able to walk me through my issue step by step with ease! She was also sooo nice.
