I have no idea what I would do without Therapy Notes!! Their platform is extremely comprehensive!! It’s like “one stop shopping” for all of your private practice needs!! Their customer service is also really great!! They are always professional, patient and really know what they are doing!! As a bonus, a follow up email is sent w the directions discussed on your call. A big shout out to Olivia at TN tonight (a Saturday night) helping me understand what I needed to do to make important edits to a client’s document(s).

I never hesitate to call support persons at TherapyNotes. Today I spoke with Sarah P. and she walked me through what I considered a complicated issue as if it was a walk in the park. She was clear and super supportive. I highly recommend calling when you have issues!

The software is easy to set up and use. Lots of automated functions, easy tracking reports, and embedded forms and assessments. Mobile interface is also very good. Tech Support has been wonderful with problem-solving, and the company is very responsive with requests for new functions. This is the best EMR I've ever used.

When I called in to Support after being worried about a possible technical bug, the Support rep was able to dig into my issues and help find answers to my questions so I could provide the right info to my clinicians. It was a great experience and I felt like they were receptive to my concerns and stuck with me to figure out answers. Very thankful for the Support Team and all the wonderful work they do to help me out whenever I run into an issue on the job.

Therapy Notes is reliable and always helpful. I have never had a negative experience with anyone from Therapy Notes. I highly recommend them.
