TherapyNotes has great customer service, even when they are busy. By allowing me to schedule an appointment for a specific request, they avoid wasting my time. In this specific instance, after they completed my initial request (which was to help manage my PCI profile on a credit card processing company), they offered to request a refund on my behalf if I found any unnecessary penalties from the payment processing company. When I later e-mailed them to state that I had found a penalty charge, they handled it immediately and without having me set up another appointment or make another phone call.

TherapyNotes customer service is always fabulous. I love that I can speak to a real person on the phone and get answers to tech issues/questions, usually within minutes!

I have been using TN since 2015 and my experience with them has been great. Recently I experienced problems opening the main web page as my computer would not allow the page to open. I reached out to their assistance line and Cheyenne took the time to listen to my problem and patiently help me navigate my computer settings looking for a solution. She eventually got remote access to my laptop in attempts to resolve the problem. Even though she was not able to fix the issue on our first interaction, she told me she would look into other possibilities and reach out back to me. She did! And the problem was resolved. After so many years using TN, it was the first time I needed assistance and was extremely happy to have a live person to talk to and take care of the problem. The attentiveness, patience and commitment toward a resolution made a very frustrating situation into a pleasant experience.

I've had only positive experiences utilizing the Therapy Notes platform. I have been using them for the last 6 months, and have been amazed by the usability of the platform, as well as the customer service the company has. Even through the turbulence of the Change Healthcare cyberattack, Therapy Notes was constantly in communication and providing updates and work-arounds to support therapists.
