I really enjoy using TherapyNotes. Once I got into the swing of using the EHR, I rarely have any problems. The company is regularly updating the product, and feature-updates are pretty common. I recently needed to contact customer support to solve an issue I inadvertently created. The wait time to speak with a customer service representative was very short, and my problem was resolved in only a few minutes. I have always been very satisfied with the responsiveness of the support staff, as well as the EHR overall. I highly recommend TherapyNotes to anyone in the market for a full-featured EHR solution.
