Product overall is fantastic and continues to improve. Very occasionally, there will be a technical issue that has some impact on customers and they do a lackluster job of communicating, taking responsibility, and appropriately apologizing, often defaulting to defensiveness and communication about how hard they are working. This comes off to me as apathetic towards my business. All that said, I have other options but stay with them.

Over the last several weeks (months?), TN has had some real trouble with it servers and it was wreaking havoc with our practice management. I was almost to the point of of reviewing other software programs, but because of the great service I had received up until that point, and because of all the great features that TN offers, I was reluctant to go elsewhere. My patience paid off. I am happy to say that at this point it would seem that any of the issues have been rectified...and I know this mostly because I have gotten back to a place of not even having to think about how the software is working because it is doing what it was created to do. So I don't have to think about it! I am hopeful that all is well, and that I can continue to "ignore" the program, and just use it as effortlessly and intuitively as I was prior to the problems! I am sure it was pretty stressful over there behind the scenes, too. I hope none of us will have to go through this again!

Support is superb! Program is user friendly and meets most of my needs. There are some lacunae for my needs, but I suspect that TN will help and/or develop methods of dealing with these minutea.

Works very well most of the time. Sometimes is slow on updating schedule on all persons schedule. I.e. appointment shows up under the receptionist account but not therapist or vice versa, which can lead to problems when multiple people are making schedules.

TherapyNotes is an amazing software that helps streamline and efficiently manage my psychotherapy practice. I’ve saved countless hours and money through their very reasonable monthly subscription fee and integrated billing and electronic EOB / payment posting features. Their customer service / helpdesk team is very reliable, accessible, professional, and knowledgeable about the intricacies of their product and features. I would highly recommend this softer ware to any psychiatric / psychological practice, whether you have one employee or 50! I don’t know where I’d be without it!

My customer service representative was great and completely explained my problem, that several insurance company resources were not able to do. I've found Therapy Notes customer service reps to be polite, professional, and helpful each time I've called them - that has always made me feel comforted in whatever problem I've encountered as a fairly new user!

Therapy Notes has great customer service!! They are very quick to respond. And while the application itself has some opportunities for improvement, I would say that they are responsive to my suggestions.

I love using Therapy Notes. The only issue is that sometimes the site is slow or for one reason or another is not up and running. Luckily this does not happen very much. Otherwise, the site is absolutely wonderful!
