Worst experience you can ever have
I have subscribed for a trial pack and this was my experience during that period. Worst website with unstable behaviour and no proper process set across. Challenges: 1) Meeting link generated in chat/sent to your email doesn't work. When Reported they are not ready to solve this or answer why that didn't work instead they share the workaround to share another link. They have a standard response like tech glitch etc 2) Meetings are getting postponed/cancelled after booking the slot by therapist. For this they simply swap the person but it is time consuming for you where you lose days when you are paying for packages 3) Time slots sometimes does not show up for certain dates and it is blank. Again no clear answer why. They have a standard response like tech glitch etc 4) Misleading descriptions. They have mentioned that the listener session is unlimited but didn't mention whether it is chat/audio/video based. They acknowledged and told they will change it in the site and thanked me for reporting. 5) Subscription not getting extended. It again routes to main plan where therapist resets Day by day i see a lot of issues which itself is creating a stress where I came to therapy. My energy is going more on their site issues rather than going into my therapy. My experience has been painful and hence was hesitant to move to the actual package
