Hi Larry, I'm sorry to hear that you haven't found our software to be user-friendly or intuitive. However, I can share the reason you're getting signed out. If the portal is open on more than one tab, we'll sign you out as a security precaution. The next time that happens, you'll want to check your open windows to make sure this isn't the case. We do have a number of reports tracking the performance of a practice, CPT code, and even therapist (for groups where this is relevant). If it'd be helpful, we'd love to take a look with you and see how these reports could help accomplish your practices goals. We'd also like to hear how we can improve reporting to better serve your practice. Hi Pam, I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble finding the most simple route to managing your practice with us. I understand that upgrading from Legacy to 2.0 required changes to your workflows, but we'd love to help make it as seamless and easy as possible! For example, after you've added your Legacy notes, you shouldn't need to copy notes from a notepad to a progress note -- we can help with that!
