Since February, I have been using the Theradome EVO 4 times a week, I no longer have any hair shedding at all. After 6 months my li battery no longer functioned. Bryan , my customer service representative offered to send a new battery free of charge. I didn't want to be without my device, therefore, My husband purchased and replaced the battery with a new Li battery and it is just like new again. I was so impressed with the EVO that my husband ordered the upgraded Theradome PRO for me. I am looking forward to using it. Customer service via computer chat sessions, phone and email could not be better, really impressive. Both Bryan and Jim have followed up with me a number of times. They have been very helpful and have provided helpful information. I am very impressed with both the Theradome EVO and the Theradome company.

I was diagnosed with female pattern baldness in July 2022, and the dermatologist recommended that I try Theradome’s red light helmet. I’ve used the Pro about 4 times/week for the last year, and the results are beyond noticeable. I have consistently had new hair growth, and it has also eliminated the clumps of hair loss at each wash. My frontal area/hairline has been the most impacted, and the outline of my previously lost widow’s peak is back and filling in. It took a little time to get used to the helmet, but now the 20 minutes fly by without thinking about it. The customer service was also great after I recently reported a problem with the helmet charging. The representative contacted me within an hour and got a replacement battery/charger on order for delivery to my house without any additional cost to me. I got the extended warranty since I knew I would wear the helmet as often as I could, likely requiring more replacement parts. I recommend this product, along with using it consistently and frequently, to anyone who has a similar cause of hair loss.

I've been using my Theradome for over a year now and I've definitely seen progress, especially in the crown area where I started having noticeable thinning about two years ago. Theradome's customer service department has been terrific too. They're very quick to respond and they really care about making their customers happy.

Theradome has been great. I was losing a lot hair, above a normal amount but since Theradome the amount of hair loss has tremendously diminished! Great product, you just need to use it as directed.
