Got back to me quickly and answered all of my questions throughly I have had my theradome helmet since 2014 and have had great results. I use it 20 mins every other day and I am still using it.

After using it for a few months, I noticed my hair growing thicker and with new hair follicles. Do recommend it, just be sure to follow the recommended usage!!!

Excellent customer service. Twice I have needed a new battery but after over 2.5 years it still works flawlessly with over 680 treatments. My hair looks and feels thicker. I notice that if I am unable to use it for more than a week that my hair appears to regress.
