I got my Theradome helmet late in 2019. I was beginning to lose hair and was desperate about it. I used the Theradome unit for over 350 treatments during the next three years. It was perfectly effective. Then I moved and lost my charger in the process. So for about eight months I was not using my unit. And of course I started losing my hair again in handfuls. I called Theradome to purchase a new charger, and decided to get a new battery as well. Their customer service was excellent, and they even gave me a break on the cost. I am anxiously awaiting my charger and battery so I can again start regrowing my hair.

Yes I have been using the Theradome for approx 27 sessions till now and most definitely have seen an improvement in the quality and quantity of my hair. I highly recommend this product to anyone having hairloss. Thank you Theradome!

Great Customer Service I’ve been using my Theradome for a year with good results. I called Theradome Customer Care with a maintenance question. There was no wait for a representative. I had my answer immediately.

It has been a wonderful experience. I wear it everyday for 20 minutes and have seen amazing results with hair growth. I have lots of baby hair. I had used a product on the front part of my head that caused hair loss and thanks to theradome I have experienced light with hair growth. Hi, Since I have been facing a hair loss problem from 2002, I have tried different ways, but it didn't get under control. Finally, I have been using this product for the last 1 and a half months. I am noticing my hair loss problem has completely stopped. Initially, I had a few problems with the products, but they were rectified with good service.
