I've had my dome for about 1 year+, its so easy to use and I like the countdown clock! When it stopped charging, I messaged Theradome through instagram! They got right back to me, provided technical help and then made it easy to order a replacement battery (and now my dome works again!).

I have found the Theradome PRO LH80 to be a capable and user-friendly investment. It may not work for everyone as a "mono therapy" - that is, as one's sole hair loss fighting treatment - but it seems to be very helpful when used in conjunction with other therapies. It doesn't work overnight - you've really got to be patient, and let it run its course. In addition, I reached out recently to procure a new battery - sometimes batteries die, that's just how it goes - and I found the customer service to be great. Relatedly, it is a great idea to get the extended warranty, as with regular use, you're almost certain to need at least one new battery.
