I was in a horrific traffic accident on 6/22 and lost almost all my hair due to the trauma. My Dermatologist recommended that I use Theradome as she does all her patients. I use my Theradome dilegently and what was once stringy hair is now healthy thick hair.

The customer support was very responsive and polite. Once they had the necessary information about by device they provided clear instructions and helped me resolve my issue. I have been using the Theradome for a little over a year and my wife has noticed the difference. An area that was thinning is now getting thicker.

So far so good. I’ve been using my helmet since April 2023. Definitely less shedding. Very easy too use. Love the convenience of being mobile while using it.

After continuous uses, hair feels thicker and shed less. Very easy to use, just leave it on every other day and results will show.

I have been using my Theradome since May 2023 and so far haven't seen too much of a difference yet, but I have hope. The battery kept dying even though I charged it for hours. About several weeks ago it would last one session then die or die in the midde of the session. I reached out to support and Jim had been helping me. He emailed me back and forth and answered all my questions and walked me through steps to try and figure out what was going on. He determined it is the battery and right away sent me a new one since I am still under warranty. Their customer service is great and helpful. I can't wait to replace the battery so I continue on my hair growth journey.

I have found my hair to be fuller at the top. The device is easy to use and comfortable to wear.

My Theradome helmet has significantly assisted me in maintaining my hair & I consider my helmet to be essential in my daily program. I started using TheraDome in March of 2020. My hair stylist has confirmed that my thinning over the years has not continued and my hair seems to be thicker thank goodness.
