Theradome are a very responsive and helpful organization. Great customer support! They are quick to respond when you have questions and they can provide detailed answers to accommodate your questions. As of today, I’ve been using Theradome for 455 treatments, every other day. I’ve had some small alopecia spots and the combination of the corticosteroids and the lasers has worked well for me. I am older and also have some female pattern hair loss and feel the lasers are also helping my hair situation. I’d recommend Theradome to anyone who has hair loss. It is money up front but if you can also purchase a plan that replaces the Theradome if you drop it, need a new charger or have any questions.

I've been using my Theradome religiously for over a year. I have allopecia flareups and the Theradome helps the hair grow back more quickly. I've also noticed that my hair is noticeably healthier since I started using the helmet.

My hair was thinning from stress. I used the Theradome every day and saw results within 10 days. I purchased my Theradome helmet in late 2025. It has made my hair thicker. I was having the most trouble around my temple area. Super easy. Just put it on your head and go about your business. In 20 minutes the treatment is over. I started noticing changes around month 3. I highly recommend this super easy way to grow hair back.

I noticed the shedding almost completely stopped within months. After a traumatic event, it returned but it is starting to reduce again. I also see baby hairs along my hairline so I know it us working. I am not seeing drastic changes, however I have had thin, fine hair my whole life so it is probably unrealistic to think I will suddenly have long thick hair. Regardless, it is easy to use and is the only thing I've tried that actually showed any results at all. I have used the Pro for a year and a half now. It was recommended to me by my dermatologist at one of the best hospitals in the world and he teaches at Harvard. That helped with my skepticism. One last thing, their customer service is stellar. I have emailed questions and always get a fairly quick response. They replaced a part once free of charge. So, it is not like you buy the product and hope for the best. You have resources and support along the way. If you are considering it and can manage the cost, I say go for it.
