I have the Theradome now for 6 months without any results. I have been experiencing chronic telogen effluvium for 1,5 years now with daily shedding of more than 300 hairs. A trichologist adviced me LLLT and said that I should buy a Theradome. After a long time I bought the LH80 as I have thick hair. The device is not very comfortable as it has pointy things at the inside. This is not an issue if it would have helped, but after so many months I have zero results. It also does not cover the whole scalp. Only the top and a bit of the back in my case, but I have diffuse hair loss. This is not mentioned when you buy the design. The only thing I like is that it tracks how many treatments you have done and it gives you updates on how much time is remaining.

Just looked at their infomercial. After pic look like longer hair and comb over to make it look ( not much)fuller. To me, looks like an overpriced, Chinese made children’s lite brite set! 1 k for led lights??? Tell the manufacturer I have a bridge for sale lol

I have had two. Both died early. Nearly $2K in retail value. Last one dies just a few days after the 1 year period. Theradome would not honor, even though I own a high-end salon, which has resulted in people seeing the product, having it explained, then buying online. For any client that asks, Theradome will be the last laser helmet we would recommend. For nearly $1K, this should last several years and/or several hundred uses. From a longevity standpoint, purchase at your own peril.

I purchased the extended warranty for my helmet. The pegs came out of my helmet, and I contacted the company to fix the issue. When I received the helmet back there was a hair in the helmet that wasn't mine, the white dome had black stains on it. My helmet had a slight crack in the white dome that was now gone. Leading me to believe they used some dirty parts were used to fix my helmet. Or my helmet was replaced with a used one that was lying around. As this is a health and hygiene product, I contacted the company right away asking why they would send me back a helmet that does not seem to be mine, or they used used parts on, and is very dirty? I was told it was my helmet, if there was a hair in the box that maybe it fell out the technicians head during repairs (how is that acceptable, gross). I asked what was changed in my helmet? They said the pegs, and inner shell was replaced. No mention of the outer shell with the crack being in it replaced. They couldn't even identify where the crack was, nor does it seems knew about it! So, they obviously sent back some dirty used helmet with pegs intact they had lying around while trying to claim this is my helmet. Very disgusting, and on top of that I paid for the extended warranty - for what - so they can send a refurbished product back - to use on my head? They claim by law they can't - but from speaking to Mr. Bobby Spence, VP of Customer Service - who speaks in an utterly unprofessional manner - I don't think they follow what they say. In general, in regards to the effectiveness of the product - I am not sure. I can't say that it helped at all, definitely didn’t harm. In terms of the Extended warranty - buyer beware - they will just send back a used product, claim it was repaired.

This was a complete waste of my money!!! I am a licensed aesthetician and advanced cosmetologist and I bought this in good faith. After almost 2 months of using the Pro model correctly and consistently, my hair started coming out by the huge handful! Every day! I lost 50% of my original hair volume and it's just now starting to come back in and thicken up. When I called to complain and said I was returning the helmet, I was told (after having to make several phonecalls by the way) that I would have to pay a $274 restocking fee and I could return it. What garbage!!! This insult after I looked like a chemo patient! Don't buy from or deal with this horrible company. My hair wasn't even thinning or balding--it was just baby-fine hair and I hoped the Theradome would thicken it some. I always had a lot of baby-fine hair on my head. Just wanted it thicker. Well, I almost ended up bald. Don't waste your money on this product at all!!!

I’ve been using the Theradome for 2 years and I have seen absolutely zero results! It was a total waste of money!

Buyer beware ! Ordered the top helmet and very excited when I was told by the customer rep. Melvin that I'll receive it within 48 hrs.I was specifically made aware that I'll need to be at home and sign at the delivery since otherwise the package won't be left at my address. I spent the entire day at home, no one called or contacted me, UPS tracking shows as delivered to ...ME ..but...NO delivery signature that they could provide for the delivery. Of course, since they never delivered it.Now, Theradome ( via a sales manager Jose Perez) asked me to file a claim with UPS,which I did, and makes me wait to sort their affairs with UPS while I'm out of over $1K and still no product on hand.It`s going on 10 days now ,since I was supposed to receive it.Now, the sales mgr doesn't reply to my e-mails or my phone calls. What a company! They initially put out a good game stating that they're local and everything is done in Silicon Valley. Solution left: stop payment on my credit card. Think twice before doing business with Theradome,they don't seem to be honest.

AVOID this product at all costs. I did everything according to what Theradome advised over a period of many months, and I have noticed no new hair growth at all. Honestly feels like a complete waste of money by a quack company that just want to make a quick buck.
