Theradome has amazing customer service. They answer you immediately if you have a question or problem with the helmet. I come from a family where women's hair thins as we age. I use this to prevent that from happening more than it had already done when I got the helmet.

I have 2 reasons for a 5 star review. 1. I’ve been using the Pro helmet for almost 6 months and am delighted with new hair growth that I am experiencing. My hair hasn’t looked this good in years 2. I had an issue with my Pro and very happy with Theradome customer support. They back their product 100%. Very easy to talk to someone a good with follow up.

I’ve been using Theradome for little over a year now and have to say I’m so happy I made this purchase. I’ve noticed less shedding and the thin spots near my temples have filled in nicely with new hair. It’s wonderful to have hair fully frame my face. I’m excited to see what continued use of my Theradome will bring. Additionally, the customer service is awesome!

I have been using theradome about a year and results have been great. I’m losing less hair and growing baby hairs. This helmet has been helping me so much and can’t wait for more results. Also custom service has been great, they answer all the questions timely manner and very eager to help.

I have been using this product for 2 years and can honestly say that it has helped me. Last summer I cut my hair just over my shoulders, during that time I was in Europe for 3 months and didn't have my helmet. My hair barely grew. Upon returning to the States and resuming the helmet my hair grew below my shoulders in less than a month. I love this product! Highly recommend!

I was skeptical about using this until it went on sale at Costco two years ago. Two years after, I am very happy with the results. I used to see strands of hair in my shower floor and it immediately decreased after a month of usage at four times a week. I am continually using this unit through today and I can see baby hair growing as well as a thicker head of hair. At 60, I do not have the same hair thickness that I used to have when I was younger but I am definitely glad that I have kept what's left and continue to see hair growth with my required usage. Definitely a 'must buy' item.
