Great customer service. I purchased the evo model and although it was recommended to use every other day I found daily use was more effective.

I've been using Theradome for many months now and feel that it significantly reduced shedding of hair. I've also purchased the extended warranty from Theradome and they have been responsive in replacing the batteries for my helmet and providing other support, when needed.

Stephanie was wonderful in addressing my problem. She was very kind and what she did fixed my issue. There should be more customer service people like her.

I've used the Theradome Pro for a year. I'm a fan because the Theradome is easy to use and has slowed down, if not stopped, my balding / hair loss issue.

The helmet works great! I started to see improvements within a month. I also like how it’s cordless! I highly recommend!
