This is the 4th bike purchased from Pros Closet and have done 1 Trade-In. Just an all-around great experience. You definitely know what you are getting and that the bike has been thoroughly looked over.

Still haven’t gotten my shipment yet. I assume it’s lost at this point. Zero updates or anything from the Pro’s Closet. I’d rather get my money back.

My bike was damaged in transit to TPC. They refused to file an insurance claim, sent a broken bike back to me after I had already purchased a bike based on the offered trade-in value. They offered no assistance and basically said tough luck. One easy process improvement would be if they let you put a bike on hold while your trade-in is inspected. Instead they pressure you to purchase a bike and then take a trade-in refund. Very irresponsible process and no protection for the customer.

These guys are useless. I can see why they have such poor reviews, I submitted a $12,000 gravel bike with an amazing $1,900 new paint job, they said No Interest because they could not inspect the bike, I told them they should change the name to ‘The Amateurs Closet’. Buy on eBay!

Try to think of what a low ball offer would be, then cut it in half. Now set that expectation when you try to sell something to them…and then it’ll still be less than that. Beyond shady tactics to try and rip customers off. Will not buy from them, even if they’re the only in stock just out of principle
