FedEx is what went wrong. I contacted them 3 times to inform them I wouldn’t be there to sign for the package so they could leave it at a facility for me to pick up. And of course they ignored that and tried to deliver it when I wasn’t there. They’ll probably send it back to you. They suck.

I've had my bike for a couple of weeks now. Not only are things going well (knock on wood!), but I had the bike in front of a mechanic today (to modify something) and he commented that the bike was in really good shape. Given that I got the bike (4 years old) for about half the price, I'm really happy with everything and will go back again.

Staff is very helpful. This is my second bike to purchase through TPC. Very pleased.

The bike I thought I bought had minor scratches but the bike that showed up had a major carbon repair. It’s my fault because ultimately, I read the wrong mechanical description when I made the purchase yet it is a very prominent and visible repair. I would think they would have emphasized it a little better. The repair is under warranty, but ultimately, i’m surprised the bike was not more heavily discounted with a major repair like that. I would be cautious before I go with this company again.

Hey Ramsey, Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review. I want to apologize for any miscommunication! We appreciate the feedback regarding the carbon repair information on our bike listings. We'll review this with our team to improve our listings! We'll be in touch privately for the return of the bike!

I love the bike. Everything was as advertised. All blemishes and minor flaws were documented and noted up front. The bike is in great shape, and I have already put about 100 miles on it. I would like to note however that you advertise simple assembly and ready to ride in 15 minutes. You state there are videos and helpful guides. You also state you send torque wrenches for assembly. I received no torque wrench. The videos did not contain the information I needed. Had I not been experienced in building bikes and had I not already owned all the tools I needed to assemble the bike, I would have been in a bit of trouble. Thankfully, my Google game is on point and I found the information I needed. I would suggest you check out websites like eTrailer.com. They have literally made a video for every single combination of components you can get with the products they sell. So things like: Road bike with mechanical groupset would have a video, Road bike with electric groupset, etc., etc.

The purchase was easy. The bike was exactly as pictured maybe even better! It arrived in very protective packaging. Right on time.
