I am very happy with my 2023 Ibis Ripley Mountain Bike. This certified preowned bike is in great condition, has top of the line components and was a reasonable price. I made 2 visits to the store, compared various available bikes and was provided with a clear recommendation and received excellent customer service.

I’ve purchased two used bikes from The Pro’s Closet and had a great experience both times. A couple of minor issues came up, but TPC stood behind their gear, handled everything professionally, and resolved them fairly. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again—highly recommended.

I would like to thank the lovely TPC team for the smooth transaction and great service. They replied to all my questions (kudos for being a real person and not an AI agent), sent out the frameset quickly and well packaged. The delivery cost was also reasonable. Thanks to you I now can build my dream bike that I could have never afforded otherwise. Keep up the good work!

I didn't ask for much help in my choosing, but what i did ask was quickly and accurately answered. The selection was really good in my opinion. Every style of bike and then lots of options for those styles in the different price points. The "Rare Find" bikes were cool and when i have money to buy a novelty bike i will be back. Anyway, my experience was as good as can be, the bike arrived perfectly packaged and easy to assembly (no tools included but they mention this on the site). I really like what they are doing over there at TPC and hope to support them for a long time.
