I decided to use The Pros service as the photographer and DJ for my wedding...what a mistake. I was lured in by the low prices, you get what you pay for. The representative assigned to me was inept at best and wsd unable to answer the simplistic questions, constantly making mistakes on my paperwork so I was sddigned a new one. Not much better so I stopped calling or emailing them unless absolutely necessary. A couple of months in I was advised that I owed them another $400 for thd DJ because I had my ceremony at a separate site. I had expled my plan to the representative in the beginning... Also providing her with both addresses. Now all of the sudden it was a problem. So I said I no longer wanted the DJ. This was also a problem. I had not signed any contract but they claimed by not signing it and still speaking with them I had signed it by default. What???!!! So I ate the fee for cancelation and hired a different DJ. The only saving grace was that our photographer Kimberly Varley was excellent!! She had everything how I wanted it!!! But the company as a whole was stressful and miserable!! Save yourself the aggravation! Pay more money for less stress!! Update 3/23/2015 I was contacted by the Vice President Hugh Riley who was concerned about my review. He tried several times to reach me by phone and accommodated my late night work schedule to speak with me. He seemed genuinely concerned about my experience and wanted to make it right. He offered a few suggestions to remedy the situation, which at first I was less than thrilled about. He was able to sense that in my tone and ultimately refunded my entire fee!! I was shocked that as a business he would do that for me! In the end I would suggest giving them a chance, I was pleasantly surprised!!

The Pros has been very easy to work with - our rep is accessible via email and the site is pretty intuitive. The price was the deciding factor for us.

So far, my experience with The Pros has been nothing short of pleasant and professional! We chose The Pros after seeing some of their work on display at a bridal show. We actually won a free engagement shoot and a mounted portrait from them too. So I was sold. Our photographer is Rick L. He did our engagement pictures and they turned out absolutely beautiful! He definitely knows what he is doing and has an eye for the camera :)

I enjoyed having a personal advisor. She was always prompt to my requests before and after our wedding. I loved my photographer, he went above and beyond to get beautiful shots. My DJ could have done better, he didn't play all the requests we asked for. I'm excited to view our video on our one year wedding anniversary.

I found the pros at one of their events at a local hotel near my home. At first, I thought it would be a typical Bridal Show, with multiple companies offering up their services. When we got there and realized it was just one company offering multiple services, we decided to be open-minded. We already had our DJ and we were looking for a photographer. We were struggling between whether we should hire a videographer or not. Yes, it would be great to look back on, but really, all I wanted was a vignette from the wedding.. not raw footage, and its an extra expense that we did not necessarily have. Well, when all was said and done, we sat down with our potential photographer, Frank, and discussed what our vision was for our wedding. Frank was awesome. He knew exactly what we were talking about and he seemed to show us the exact pictures that we would want. He was available on our wedding date, so he was hired!! We then talked with different videographers but were not sold on whether or not we should have one. As we were leaving, we spoke to the people in charge of the show and they said if we signed up for all 3, we would get a discount on photography/some other add ons, and if we decided months from now that we did not want the videographer, we could cancel, "no problem" and they would even keep the discounts and other perks they threw in! Well, a few months later, we decided to use the money elsewhere toward the wedding and canceled the videographer. "No Problem", right? Wrong! I went to pay my remaining balance and it was way higher than they said it would be. I checked online and sure enough they charged me a $200 cancellation fee. Very long (a couple weeks worth) story short, after about 7 phone calls to different people and the complete run around about 2 weeks before the wedding when I was completely stressed out, they finally took the $200 cancellation fee away. I am glad I was persistent about it. After all was said and done, Frank showed up at our wedding, on time, looking professional, with his great ideas, and took absolutely wonderful photos that we absolutely cherish! I am very happy we went with the Pros, even though we had that one issue. I certainly do not want to give them a "bad" review, because that type of thing does not normally happen to each bride, but it is noteworthy to make sure you know exactly what you want before you book it! Other then that particular instance, I am thrilled with Frank's work! The price was right and so was Frank!

They are professional and produced quality work.

The Final product was amazing. We were a tad disappointed with the videographer , he had all access to the church but we only got about 15 seconds of the bride walking down. The photographer was spot on. In fact I tried to convince my wife not to get one and I would shoot my own wedding - she said nope. We definitely highly recommend them. Customer service was 11 out of 10. Professionalism was 11 out of 10 Product produced was 10 out of 10 Timely delivery of was was promised was 9 out 10 . unfortunately we had our wedding in June , peak time and the company got unexpectedly overwhelmed with work .( we understand) We are looking at possibly doing a 1 year anniversary shoot with them. Don't look anymore - Book Them now
