Working with John from The Product Boxes was an incredible experience. He continued following up with us to ensure the project kept moving forward. He explained the process start to finish and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Not to mention the boxes came out looking an incredible. It added that final touch that a premium product needs to look professional and validate the high end price point attached!

Grace was lovely to work with and gave clear guidance on the specifications I was after. She provided images that allowed me to know exactly how I wanted it to all look. Will be using again.

Communication has been good. I used WhatsApp to communicate which was far more efficient than email! My preroll boxes were made to the exact mm dimensions I requested. I had an issue with the design. At no extra charge they fixed the issue and made a superior product for my final order. I am currently working on my second project with them, with more details and customization. I will update my review once everything is finalized. There is a competitive market for packaging. Many other brands I find communication to be less responsive. I ultimately landed with them because of their response time. If you own your own business and need a finished well made product in a reasonable time period for even more reasonable price point The Product Boxes are a great choice.
