I've started a small business and needed professional guidance on designing and packaging my product. Needless to say aftering using the chat feature on this website and connecting with Chris Martin I was treated with respect and granted a thorough overview on what can work best for my new business. Packaging samples are already on their way!

I needed a template for a box with custom measurements and after a long search, I found this site, where I was able to find exactly what I wanted. The support person, Henry, was really helpful.

I requested some samples and got them right away, also requested digital mockups and got them very quick. I've been surprised multiple times by the responsiveness and I would definitely use them again with this type of service.

I finally received my order about a month and a half later. Poor communication from the company and I never received shipping confirmation or tracking info until I asked for it. This was from my first experience, however I have now ordered from them 3-4 times and it's been great since then.
