Terrible company
Terrible company, I ordered 2 items that never made it to the party it was bought for, n all they say is All well. They only gave me $5 shipping credit to my account on the first item cause I demanded it. The second lost item, I was so frustrated that got me writing this awful review. They couldn’t even get my name right. Buyers beware.

Lulu, we’re sorry the items did not arrive in time for your party. We would, however, like to clarify the order history. The first item was delivered on time on August 7. The second item was a presale product with a later shipping date displayed when it was ordered. It has now shipped and should arrive soon. The order was placed under a different name, which is why our team initially used that name when responding. Additionally, the $5 was refunded to your original payment method as requested, not issued as store credit. We are already communicating with you directly by email and remain available to address any concerns.
