TheplushstudiosThe Plush Studios is an independent plush boutique based in San Jose, CA.We curate designer soft toys — Jellycat and similar makers — with a focus oncharacters that are genuinely hard to find, including retired and limiteddesigns no longer carried on the high street. We want to be straightforwardabout who we are: we are not an authorized Jellycat stockist, and we are notaffiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Jellycat Ltd. We are anindependent reseller, and our stock is sourced through the secondary market —collector networks, private collections, trade channels and verified closeouts— rather than through direct wholesale allocation from the brand. We say thisopenly because we would rather you know exactly who you are buying from beforeyou order, not after. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and ship worldwidewith full tracking, which we send as soon as it is generated; shipping is freeon orders over $75, and returns are accepted within 30 days. If anything aboutyour order isn't right, email us at [email protected] and a person will reply, usually within one business day. We are a small operation and our reputation isthe only thing we actually have, so if you have ordered from us we wouldgenuinely appreciate an honest review here, whatever your experience was.

Delivery was quite slow but the main issue is the Jellycat products sold are fake, very good reproductions but definitely not authentic Jellycats. The review has to be one star for that reason. The abundance of rare, long sold out elseware items should have been a warning.

FAKE FAKE FAKE

I have purchased 2 Jelly Cat Dragons, I wish I looked at trust pilot before ordering these, as the one that’s turned up today is a fake! I have a large quantity of Jelly Cats at home, one being the Skye dragon, so I know that this Onyx Dragon is fake the quality is awful!! I am so upset!! I have paid full market price for the two dragons costing £59 each and this was meant to be Christmas present for my daughter!!

I ordered two jelly cats from this site and now wish I had read the trust pilot reviews first. Firstly received tracking which wasn’t honest resulting in me having to look elsewhere in order that I didn’t disappoint my grand daughter. I was able to find one of the pieces direct from jelly cats ( £3 cheaper). Eventually my order arrived after second lot of tracking which I had no way of knowing would be accurate , and I can say without a doubt these are fake, being able to compare the two side by side. They are happy enough to reply to your emails but don’t accept they are fake and say to return at my cost if not happy. I’ve decided to cut my losses as doubt I would ever receive a refund. Buyer beware of these SCAMMERS. I’ll keep the items to remind myself not to be so stupid.

I have submitted a letter to trading standards to close this fake account and a letter to jellycat making them aware and they confirmed they are looking in to this joke

AVOID!! Sell fakes and can’t even get in touch to get a refund and return the item! Sell fake jelly cats that are meant to be real!

These are total fake jellycats. Compared the Timmy turtle received from them to my daughters that I purchased directly from Jellycat when he first came out and there is a noticeable difference between the two. They did respond to me, but you are on the hook for return shipping and who even knows if they will refund you. Shame on them and I hope they get shut down.
