Expensive, Late and Awesome Pins!
The initial process was delightful, very polite and the graphics were designed well. The prices are higher than advertised on your website and the turn around time is 2 weeks beyond what was quoted. Product itself is AMAZING!

Hello Angel, I truly do apologize for providing anything less than a 5-Star service. I have checked into each of your issues and will address both below: First, I do see your pins arrived a few days later than anticipated. And I would like to express my apologizes again. When it comes to production we have done absolutely everything on our end to keep on track. However, the current world climate due to Covid can cause for a few delays outside of our control. As well, we do have a notice on the top of each ordering page that says there is potential of a delay due to Covid. Secondly, I do believe we have one of the most competitive price points in our industry. If you feel that you have been over charged; I will be more than happy to price match with any other corresponding quote. It is always our top priority to provide best in class service at an extremely reasonable fee. If I was not able to completely answer any questions or concerns you may still have.
