SCAM CONSUMERS BEWARE
These reviews are fake. These have to be friends and relatives, or paid review writers. I have about 5 small collections on my reports. Only one was removed in over a year of waiting 2021-2022 still no more removals. Will Smith was my advisor, everytime I asked about results he blamed covid for slow responses from the agencies. I wasted time sending him notices because nothing ever happened behind it, just lies and false promises. I honestly just want my money back. All they did was take my money and gave nothing but excuses. This agency is not even BBB accredited and should be shut down. I'm on a path to remove the FEW collections myself. Thanks for nothing Phenix scam. Consumers BEWARE
