It is always a 5 star experice at the Memorial studio in Houston. Coaches make sure each workout is successful through encouragement to reach "muscle success" on all machines. Love my two workouts a week.

I enjoyed meeting the trainer/owner. It does seem like a great workout - I felt good afterward. The Nautilus machines are my favorite kind of workout. The cost is more than I can handle at this time. However, I will get back in touch if I am able to afford it in the future.

I had a bruised hip and the trainer decided it would be best that I not workout legs this session and I agreed. So glad we made that decision. Happy that the trainers are aware of current body condision.
