Incredible customer service!!

Great customer service that was very responsive and professional.

I have been wearing The Perfect Jeans for over a year now. They are soft to the touch and mostly fit well. Even in Southwest Florida I wear these jeans every day and find them very comfortable.customer service is par excellence. They respond immediately to solve any problems.

The customer service I've received has been EXCELLENT! Back story: 2 years ago I ordered 1 jeans for my son and it was the PERFECT fit!!! My son hates wearing jeans bc of their roughness and all around constricting nature. But he does love this jeans. Last year I ordered 2 more of the same style and size. For some reason the fit was larger. I reached out to customer service and they've been patiently working with me to find the correct fit for my son. They've made me feel heard and important. I'm not just a number. THANK YOU!!! Pls do not change this type of service. It truly is valuable.

Not only are these my favorite jeans ever, but when I (one time) received a damaged pair, customer service very helpfully and promptly sent me a replacement.
