I travel a great deal and need shampoo bottles that do not leak. Both the mini travel bottle shampoo for medium hair and the 300ml for thick hair shampoo bottles leak. For my last 2 travel experiences, I have lost about half of the bottle due to leakage. The bottle leaks due to poor sealing and/or their disc-top cap. I also use their anti-frizz creme which uses a lockable pump dispenser and this never leaks during travelling. Please Ouai, consider changing your shampoo bottle disc-top cap lids to a pump dispenser cap.

De los peores champús que he comprado nunca. Para tenerlo "limpio" debo de lavarlo todos los días, si estoy 1 día sin lavarlo parece que lleve 1 semana con el pelo sucio y graso. No sólo me pasa a mí, también a mi hija. Horrible, no lo vuelvo a comprar. El que tengo es el champú para cabello normal y el acondicionador. Huele muy bien pero ya está.

Really disappointing experience. Overpriced products, underwhelming results, and absolutely not worth the hype. I expected much better for the price.

I have used the Ouai detox shampoo for years and found it perfect for removing grease from my fine hair. My recent purchase is different and I’m so disappointed. It has made my scalp itchy and sore and my hair now needs washing much more.

Ladies pay attention to your hair and scalp. I tried the shampoo and conditioner, loved the fragrance but my scalp starting itching a lot. After a couple of months my hair started falling in chunks. I have extremely thick hair thank goodness. Thinking it may have been something else I starting using it again after stopping for a month. Same result, hair falling and I don’t mean shedding.

I was so excited to order a couple products due to falling in love with dean street, however it’s been well over a week and USPS is still waiting for the product to get to them. I have texted, called left a weird recording they request, I even emailed. Not one response, I actually want to cancel my order and never order from them again this is ridiculous. I’m so disappointed.

Fine hair shampoo, made my extremely dry hair EXTREMELY OILY. I’d wash my hair twice a week and now I have to wash it every day since it made my scalp flakey and oily. I’ve NEVER seen flakes/ dandruff in my scalp and this shampoo and conditioner made a first. My hair weighed down even more, Im so dissatisfied and disappointed…

I placed and order. I got a 'confirmation order' but no receipt. The website is awful. You can't contact a person to find out where or when your order is coming or if they even are processing it. Only email which doesn't go through. It's not in my 'account' either. Calling my credit card company to stop processing the charge.
