Love the smell, but I had to wash my hair twice just to get it to lather. Way too expensive!! Will not be buying again.

Poor delivery and communication. Still waiting for product ordered over 10 days ago

I have used the shampoo and conditioner for about a year now. As I was trying to place an order on their website, they kept canceling it. When I contacted customer service about, they responped this: Hello , We apologize, but we must let you know that your recent order has been automatically canceled based on a suggestion from our security system designed to protect the integrity of all customer transactions and uphold the quality of our platform. We are unable to override this recommendation and will not be able to assist with placing any additional orders. Nothing more, nothing less. This is crazy. I am actually glad they "blocked" me from purchasing their product since I realized they made my hair extra extra oily. I could not explain why they were so oily until I stopped using OUAI. Trash OUAI products!

I really would like to return them and get my money back .what do they do? NOTHING! I get better results from coconut butter.worst hair products ever.stay away from them

Has anyone else seen major fallout while using these products? My hair is falling out worse than I have ever seen!!!!
