Ich hatte mich sehr auf mein One Device gefreut und freue mich umso mehr, dass ich meine Bewertung heute aktualisieren kann. Der Start verlief leider unglücklich. Das ursprünglich gelieferte Gerät war defekt und der gesamte Austauschprozess zog sich länger hin als erwartet. Rückblickend glaube ich jedoch, dass manche Situationen einfach unglücklich zusammenkommen und sich nicht vollständig vermeiden lassen. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich, dass One Device den Fall letztlich sehr engagiert begleitet hat. Ich hatte eine feste Ansprechpartnerin, die mich durch den gesamten weiteren Prozess begleitet und sich zuverlässig um mein Anliegen gekümmert hat. Auch die entstandenen Zollkosten wurden ohne Diskussion erstattet. Heute ist mein Ersatzgerät angekommen und ich bin rundum zufrieden. Das Gerät funktioniert einwandfrei und ich freue mich jetzt darauf, endlich mit dem One Device durchzustarten. Vielen Dank an das Team für die Bemühungen und dafür, dass am Ende eine gute Lösung gefunden wurde.
