I been wearing it two days
I been wearing it two days. It didn't come with instructions. I charged it put it on. I hear nothing,feel no vibration,and have no idea what the red,yellow or green dots mean. I tried looking up info. Lots of talk but no answer to anything on how I know it's working. Disappointed. I email customer service. Nothing no answer. Am clueless as to if it's even on

Hi Dianne, we’re really sorry to hear you’re feeling disappointed. That’s absolutely not the experience we want you to have. First, regarding sound and vibration: the device is designed to operate very subtly. It does not produce a strong external vibration that you can feel on your skin. The sound is also extremely quiet and is typically only audible if placed very close to your ear in a quiet room. So not hearing or feeling much is completely normal. As for the red, yellow, and green dots, those are part of the visible light indicator and frequency cycling. Each color corresponds to one of the Solfeggio frequencies. The device cycles through them, or you can select a specific frequency mode depending on what you prefer. We’ve tried to locate your email in our system, but we’re not seeing any account that matches the name used here.
