The experience was great. This is my second order. The first order came defective then I gave it another shot in order. The second one second one is perfect and waiting to see results. I would like to see more interviews with people and how long it takes and what it’s helped them in awesome quality awesome customer service, responsive company, professional service.

Unfortunately I have a hypersensitive nervous system so I wasn’t able to keep the beautiful device necklace. The one device itself is made with quality packaged nicely and the customer service team made the return process efficient. The customer support team was great.

Hello, I recently ordered Theonedevice, and I found that I had an issue with my Device that I explained to customer service requesting that I would probably need a new one, after trying their reset method that thy shared with me. The problem was still present. Things like this can happen to every product, even the high quality ones like TheOneDevice. So when I told them it was to no avail. They went through the process of sending me a new device very prompt after requesting that I return mine to them . Needless to say. The team members in this company are totally, nice, caring and really have a will to help us in anyway they can so we are completely happy with our purchase! I totally recommend this company and their great product as well as their excellent customer service at any time! Thank you!

I'm so happy with my One Device. It definitely helps me to feel calm and grounded when I wear it and I love that it's a natural way to manage that. I prefer to let the colours choose themselves, then I know that I am getting what I need rather than trying to control the process. It looks like a stylish piece of jewellery that I would just wear anyway. The charge lasts and I am careful not to get it wet, which seems to work. Just amazing!
