So I receive my one device on Friday immediately upon unpackaging it and putting it on I could feel a sense of calm and warmth wrapping me it was almost like I could feel a buzz but it was absolutely fantastic I haven't taken it off since then except the charge it it hangs over my bed at night and I don't know if it's just me but I slept from the time I put my head on the pillow until my alarm went off in the morning with no interruptions that is completely new for me I can't say enough good things about the one device and what the company is doing Thanks again for all your hard work and for making a fantastic and easy to wear device

I ordered a necklace for my dad and then discovered it wasn’t appropriate for him to wear. I reached out to customer service to request a cancellation of the item and Mary promptly replied to me, giving me the option of keeping and trying it or cancelling and refunding my money. At this time I felt it appropriate to cancel and she swiftly cancelled the order and refunded my money. I am SO impressed with the customer service that I know I will re-order when the time is right. I love the concept and feel it’s a wonderful product and the customer service is amazing.
