Excellent Customer Service
My initial review I gave was 3 stars because I had to wait for almost three months for the device to arrive and it came with a temporary chain whilst the company were ironing out kinks in the quality of the chain.
The medallion was also not changing when tapped. I engaged with Mary and throughout this entire process and she took all my suggestions and implemented them. I told them that in South Africa, the postal service is horrendous and that they should rather use airfreight or a reputable shipper. They listened and sent me a new device using a better distributor. The after sales service changed my experience completely.
I am wearing the replacement device and am very pleased with it.

Regarding the cord you initially received, it was sent temporarily while we were making improvements to the included chain necklace. Your gold chain is already in transit, and our team has also sent you the tracking information via email.
As for the light appearing off-center, the device contains both infrared and visible LED lights, which share the same opening at the back but sit at different internal depths. Because only visible light can be seen by the eye, it may sometimes appear slightly off-center, though this does not affect the device's functionality.
Regarding the instructional videos, they are working properly on our end, but we suggest trying again in an incognito window or by refreshing the webpage, as this can sometimes help with playback issues depending on the device or connection.
Please know that we take feedback like yours seriously. We are always actively working to improve the experience for everyone, from fulfillment and shipping to onboarding and customer support, and we truly value you bringing these concerns to our attention.

Love it, I literally can feel a difference in myself. I wear mine as much as I can tho while I'm at work I sweat a lot and I'm afraid to wear it. Does anyone have experience wearing it while you sweat at work?

Yes, many users still wear it during active days or while working out. We usually just recommend wiping it dry afterward and avoiding prolonged heavy moisture exposure whenever possible.

I got mine as a gift and it took a while to arrive since it’s from the states, but it was honestly worth the wait. 🤞
I wear it during my morning walks and I noticed I feel a lot calmer and more peaceful compared to before. I was really skeptical at first especially about how it can help my sleep especially because I work night and my body clock has been so messed up for a long time. but after using it for 2weeks I’ve been feeling more relaxed and my sleep has actually improved lately. I’m not saying it’s magic or anything, but I can honestly say I feel a difference

Really innovative and interesting device. Subtle yet tangible shifts are felt when I have it on. Only critique would be on the necklace the device itself came on, would suggest finding one of your own to put it on because it will likely break over time. Overall, I'd suggest getting yourself one!

Honestly, I didn't know what to expect, but I decided it was worth a try. The One Device arrived in its beautiful packaging, ready to give as a gift. This time, it was for me. I really like the option to choose the material and length of the chain. I scanned the code and discovered there are nine frequencies. Honestly, I still don't know how to choose the frequency I need for a given situation, but the random frequency function comes in handy. As a beginner, it works very well. I've been using it for a few days now, and I hardly ever take it off. I've already noticed a slight improvement in my well-being. I'm talking about extreme emotions, from rage to depression. I don't get angry or stressed easily. I hope this state lasts forever. The only thing I'm hoping for now is an even better life.
