Our stay was wonderful. The condo was beautiful and very roomy. Fully furnished with everything we needed to set up house. We liked it so much that we stayed an extra week.

We have always loved Ocean Gallery and have stayed there many times over the years. If I have one criticism, it would be with housekeeping. I realize that summer rentals are very busy, but they could do better. For example, in our rental last summer we found a half empty bottle or Gatorade behind a throw pillow on the sofa. This was in a Gold unit. Also have found items under the beds in the past ( potato chip bags and coke bottles. ) I’m sure they will try harder.

I love the Ocean Gallery. I have been coming to Saint Augustine for 30 years, and staying at the Ocean Gallery for 25 of them. Great accommodations, beautiful grounds and helpful staff. I think the only weak link is your website. It’s good, but it could be much better.

The staff and amenities of the property are great. We will be coming again in Jan for 3 months. We were a little disappointed with the sofa, in particular, with our unit last year. It was a gold unit and expectation would be to have more comfortable area to sit. This is especially true when you stay for an extended time. The staff was helpful in accommodating us on getting another unit in the same general area.
