Sometimes buying a guitar can feel a bit like an arranged marriage. With TNAGS however it's more like a love story. A true love story. The sort of love story that Cole Porter might have written about and Elvis sang and Chet Atkins articulated the sweet melody for. Which is they say - they really know their stuff and the stuff they have is the stuff dreams are made of. So far I have bought two beautiful guitars and a marvellous amp from them and I can see this romance continuing. Poorer in pocket but so much richer in soul. :)

I had been researching the Avian Skylark, and found a special offer they'd advertised on FB. Even though the offer was out of date, they honored it, and promptly sent me a guitar that's worth easily 2-3x its asking price. Nothing but praise for the guitar and the seller.

Fantastic company to deal with. Bought an expensive guitar from them was delivered in double quick time , unfortunately this wonderfull guitars neck profile did not suit me and I was able to return it and received a full refund.I was treated courteously and would thoroughly recommend this company. Brilliant company, with excellent service! Super showroom to match the website, I bought an Avian Falcon from them last year, all very simple and efficient. The guitar had a small manufacturing problem but Richard and the rest of the team solved this for me with no hassle and were fantastically helpful throughout. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Ben and team have been simply superb in helping me discover the right guitar for me. The selection on offer is simply breathtaking, they have great relationships with the guitar builders themselves and it’s such a humbling experience to occasionally bump into builders and fabulous musicians during the one of their occasional demo evenings. If you’re serious about your next guitar, there is no other place in the UK quite like it.

This is not my first purchase From The North American Guitar but it is always my first choice when I want to buy a new guitar or upgrade. First class service from professional staff, excellent communication and advice/help. Guitar heaven.

They were fantastic at TNAG from start to finish. I visited several times to look at guitars, and I received a warm, friendly welcome each time. They provided a personal, attentive service whilst also allowing me ample time to try out the guitars on my own. It's a lovely venue and a great team. A great alternative to the tourist-packed Denmark Street shops. Many thanks guys!
