I never intended to ever own something as wonderful (and costly) as a Kostal guitar but after a lot of patient discussion and playing over many months Ben and the team at TNAG helped me find what is undoubtedly the most amazing guitar in my collection. They really listen to what you are looking for and help you explore what is possible. Sure they are in the business of selling guitars but getting you alongside the right instrument feels like their priority. I decided to fund most of the purchase by selling a couple of prized Martins and they made that process both pain-free and fair. The interaction between Jason Kostal and TNAG was seamless. An absolute pleasure every step of the way.

Furthermore as wood has a grain running through it, so those at North American Guitar have a passion for guitars running through them! Made an order for a bespoke build from one of the world greatest luthiers (Michael Greenfield) through TNAG. I was granted with a build spot ahead of the queue and this resulted in the best instrument I could have imagined. Ben Montague, the one who assisted and guided me through the process, was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure that no detail is left unnoticed. If you are looking for something special, or just have a dream but not completely sure how to fulfill it, do yourself a favor and contact Ben Montague, he will make it happen. I can not put the smile away from my face every time I pick the instrument specced and delivered with Ben's help.
