New Guitar
I ordered a new guitar which was sent quickly. Nicely packed. When I received it there was a slight problem with the action which I phoned up about and spoke to Richard, we quickly came to an agreement and I now have a lovely guitar that plays a beautifully as it looks. Excellent service.

Lowden Purchase
Delighted to have bought a Lowden Guitar from these guys this week. The service was ultra friendly and the premises provided a great environment in which to try out guitars, being spacious and relaxing with the invitation to spend as long as you want. Would highly recommend them! Many thanks!

Nicest guitar shop in London
Instant response via the chat button on their site and one of only two official resellers of the Woodtone Amp, with actual stock! Beautiful showroom with some incredible guitars to boot. Knowledgeable and friendly guys, what more can you ask?

Let the instrument do the talking
In all honesty I went to TNAG to check out a couple of specific makers that under normal circumstances would be way beyond my budget .Also, as a maker /repairman, I wanted to weigh up the competition to give me both inspiration and some idea of pricing my own work.That said, I came home with a Sobell Model 1 at a very sensible price and to say I am thrilled would be an understatement.No hard sell from Ben and his team---- just a warm welcome ,the offer of coffee, the chat of like minded guitar geeks and the opportunity to play some very fine instruments that you don't find in the average retail store.All in all and despite being significantly poorer,I woke up this morning with no buyers remorse and feeling that TNAG provide a service that many outlets could take a lesson from.An excellent experience-----well done Ben and the boys---top marks
