The store was a bit of revelation. Was a bit worried when they said I had to book an appointment to come visit. But the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the instruments and amplifiers they stock. I was only after a small amp — and not any of the exquisite guitars they stock! Yet I got the full service. They have an excellent five day returns policy so don’t worry about buyer’s remorse! Only downside (for my savings) — I might have to go back and pick up more stuff!

The North American Guitar offers something truly unique - it a beautifully curated collection of the most amazing acoustic and electric guitars from North America. Ben and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and total enthusiasts working with all the established guitar makers as well as constantly introducing new pieces by up and coming luthiers. They also plugged into some of the best guitarist around frequently perform and test out the new kit. Was lucky enough to have the amazing Stuart Ryan help me choose between a new Rosewood and a pre-owned mahogany Bourgeois (which took a few hours!). They are a great team of people - service is outstanding and they deserve their success. Can't recommend more highly. Cheers guys, Ian

The Rick Turner Lindsey Buckingham signature is incredibly acoustic and detailed. Build quality and set up is just exceptional. Excellent service, amazing showroom and some awesome guitars. The guys at North American Guitar were really helpful and I'm so happy with the guitar I bought from them. They also publish lots of their own videos featuring the instruments they stock that were very helpful in my decision making. I Would return again and again.
