The North American GuitarReviews of thenorthamericanguitar.com

I recently gave in to a Rick Turner model T which I have been coveting for a few decades since they first were released in the late 90,s. I had never seen a Turner in the flesh. But a day after making the call to Ben after the Easter holiday sale I have a sublime guitar in my hands built to top drawer standards of finish, tone and design, my only criticism is why did I leave it so long, I now have enough Horseshoes to refurb a pony.....

I just bought a fantastic guitar. And it only took a day before the delivery was made (I live in the Netherlands). The whole buying experience was very satisfying. The online service was polite, swift, and to the point. Thanks.

Saw a fabulous pre-owned guitar on the TNAG website. Emailed Ben for an initial contact. My problem was "one in one out", but within minutes of speaking to Ben, my mind was made up. He put my mind at ease with his knowledge and passion, and he put a deal together for what is now my new guitar. He suggested we put my existing guitar on consignment and made the whole situation not only workable, but very, very easy! TNAG are undoubtedly the very best at what they do, and certainly, in my travels, and I've seen a few "guitar shops" in my time, pretty much incomparable. My guitar has since arrived and is exactly as described. Superb. Give them a call, you will not be disappointed. 100% satisfied customer. See you soon boys for a second purchase if I'm allowed! Thanks Ben.

Richard at TNAG is excellent and truly understanding my needs. He always provides first class services and I’m so happy that I bought 2 brand new guitars from him without hesitation, will buy more in the future no doubt :). Highly recommended from me!

Incredibly professional and wonderful to do business with.

Great service.10+

I have visited this Alladin's Cave guitar store once (it was an 800 mile round trip for that purpose) and I was not disappointed. The stock is of the highest quality (with, for the most part, prices to match - although look out for the occasional bargain). Since then, I have purchased two guitars from TNAG over the phone. Service has been friendly, informative and efficient and I have been extremely pleased with my purchases. Buying an excellent guitar has been an incentive to further learning and development in my own musical progression. Playing a beautiful instrument with a stunning tone can only deliver pleasure (even if you play badly!). For anyone looking for a luthier made guitar that is a bit different (and often better) than the standard big brand factory made instruments, this should be your first port of call. The website is also well constructed with sub sections that are interesting, and now, free lessons from experts.

Excellent and fast service,
