On recent trip to London, I visited TNAG to view Santa Cruz guitars. I did not have an appointment and was clearly not an immediately obvious "buyer". I could not have been made more welcome by Ben and his team, had four/five beautiful Santa Cruz models placed in front of me, and given space to play, review and eliminate. No pressure at all, but advice and informed information provided whenever required. Even when suggesting I was not ready to commit, I was not in any way made to feel like a time-waster; on the contrary I was made feel welcome to return, or deal remotely, at any time. I couldn't get one model out of my mind however, and so next morning called Ben, did a deal (at a very satisfactory price) and purchased a wonderful instrument. It was not even one of my favoured models when entering the store, but Ben suggested I try it and the rest is history. As we were flying home, Ben had the guitar securely packaged and couriered to my home in perfect shape and record time. Totally happy with all aspects of the experience. I have bought guitars (new and old) in several locations both sides of the Atlantic but the NAG experience certainly ranks extremely high on my list of guitar buying experiences. Now on my "must visit" list when in London. Jim C

Thank you! I took delivery of two beautiful Pre-owned guitars today. Both guitars arrived completely as advertised (I'd played one but not seen the other in person), they seem in really excellent condition, and have arrived exactly when promised, extremel well packed and protected for the journey. Thanks to TNAG for truly excellent service and value! I really enjoyed the buying experience, and now I'm really enjoying the guitars. Couldn't ask for better. Incredible choice of guitars. Great staff and service. Lovely showroom. World class.

Have bought two guitars from TNAG now, they are great to deal with. The first guitar had a few issues which they are sorting out for me with the luthier. The second guitar is just perfect. I will not mark them down for the problems with the first guitar but will wait and review again if not properly resolved. As I say very nice people both Ben and Richard have gone out of their way to help this needy customer, but as someone else has said when you are paying £5k a guitar you expect the best products and the best service, they don't disappoint.

I'm from Denmark and have bought and sold high end guitars through TNAG. They offer excellent, fast service via email, are service minded no matter how many (stupid) questions I ask and offer thorough guidence in situations where you have to rely on exactly that, guidence (I have no place in Denmark to try any of the TNAG (or similar) builders). And their postage service is excellent: pickup at your own house, day to day delivery.

Exceptionally good service, and confirming that mail-order *can* be risk-free, if you are dealing with totally honest and reliable people, as with TNAG. Bought a wonderful second-hand True North acoustic from them, but once I started playing loud + round 7th-9th frets and beyond, I noticed buzzes etc. TNAG *immediately* agreed to pay for the necessary work to be done here in Glasgow rather than have me send it up and down the country. Unusually, even surprisingly helpful and generous. A beautiful instrument, for an honest price, and TNAG could not have been more fast and helpful in their responses.

Great and fast communication, perfect and ultra-fast shipment, fantastic Instrument. It doesn't get any better! Highly recommended, will definitely deal again in the future.
