I stumbled upon TNAG while looking for a guitar I had dreamed about getting hold of over the past 10 years, a Lowden Richard Thompson Signature Series guitar. When I typed it in to Google as I'd done many of times in the past, not really expecting to be able to find one here in the USA, it suddenly appeared only on the TNAG page. As I looked the Lowden over on the excellent web page for the guitar, complete with high quality photos that let me zoom in on the details in the wood, a full description of the instrument, and a perfect video with full sound of a musician playing the guitar, I was in love. And before I knew it, Kim from TNAG was right there on a chat bubble, asking me if I had any questions. It was as if I were in the shop in Nashville right then and there. With Kim's quick responses and guidance, It didn't take long before I purchased my first ever Lowden guitar, and even after I put the money down, TNAG and Kim were the best, most helpful team I'd ever worked with on any guitar purchase. They held the guitar for me in Nashville after the purchase was complete while I was on vacation, and they got it in the mail right on time to arrive as soon as I returned home. And the shipping was faster and safer than I even knew it could be! The guitar was fully supported around the head and neck in its case for the transport, and the case was completely wrapped and absolutely unmovable inside the shipping box. Kim even asked me to let her know when the guitar arrived, and what I thought about it when I pulled it out and played it for the first time. All in all, the best, safest, most secure, helpful, caring online guitar purchase I've ever experienced, and, should I get a hankering for another fine guitar in the future, The North American Guitar website will be my first, and, mostly likely, my only stop. Great people are nearly as important as the amazing guitars, and TNAG has both!

I bought my dream guitar at TNAG, a Somogyi Mod D in Brazilian Rosewood. This should be enough to give the 5 stars to the seller, but I'd like to add that dealing with Richard Poll was easy and rewarding and that the guitar arrived in perfect time. Richard is a very kind and accurate person.

I had an excellent experience with The North American Guitar! The process from placing the order to receiving the guitar was very smooth without any hitches. The TNAG staff were extremely responsive to my questions and very helpful in the answers they gave. I was particularly impressed with the amount of care that had been taken to ensure the guitar arrived at my door in pristine condition - the packaging was extremely thorough and it delivered well above my expectations.

Last week I purchased a beautiful pre-owned Collings C10 from TNAG. It arrived in Montana on Wednesday and it has totally exceeded my expectations. The guitar, of course, is wonderful. Equally impressive is the customer service and care that TNAG provides. This is truly a class act and worthy of accolades. I encourage my fellow guitarists to know and come to rely on TNAG for their instruments.

Authentic quality

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience of having purchased an instrument from North American Guitar. It took some time in considering this purchase. At all times, Kim and Jordan were most gracious, kind and helpful in answering questions and allowing me to, well, ruminate until I was ready to "pull the trigger." At no time did I feel pressured - which was much appreciated. The purchase transaction was a breeze with no hassles. The guitar arrived when I was told it would arrive and had been carefully packed. Should the need arise, I would welcome the opportunity to buy again from The North American Guitar. Great products. Great people. Great service. I am a delighted customer!
