Excellent customer service, which should be applauded. After an administrative glitch they apologised most profusely, resolved the problem, and offered extremely generous recompense for the inconvenience. All very laudable, and an example that others could well follow. I'd definitely deal with them again.

A friendly, relaxed atmosphere with no “hard sell” patter or someone watching you all the time. They simply state the pros and cons of what you’re playing and then they let you play and decide. Great service....I’ll be back!

I have to say, in almost 30 years of visiting guitar stores, I have never had such a pleasurable buying experience. There is no pressure, you are left to take your time whilst trying out the instruments, but help and advice are right there if you need. I can't recommend Ben and his team highly enough, and look forward to my next visit! All in all a top notch, friendly service, other stores should take many a leaf from North American Guitar's book!

Buying a guitar sounds like a straightforward proposition and to most shops in the UK I have visited it’s clear that they share this view. They want you in and out, leaving your money with them and they don’t want to see you again until you want to spend some more. All in all it’s an impersonal, disappointing and dispiriting experience. However, help is at hand. This is the third guitar I have bought from TNAG and they have stayed in touch during the in-between times and I have dropped in for a coffee and a chat and even had micro-adjustments to actions, at no cost. It’s good for me and of course, good for them. I’ve liked every guitar I’ve bought but, when the itch needs scratching, they’ve given me plenty of room to decide which way I want and can afford to jump. OCD notwithstanding, I’ve done it again though I may have earned the title of the most indecisive customer of the year along the way. The boys at TNAG have been great (and patient). Ben understood where I wanted to go and made it easy for me to spend what I claimed I would never spend and I am happy. I am a couch guitarist and no virtuoso but my relationship to my instrument is probably more important than I like to admit in everyday conversation. Buying a guitar should be fun and not an ordeal. I reckon TNAG agree.

I live in Amsterdam and discovered TNAG first as the closest B&G dealer (with a decent range). Managed to first visit their 'String Heaven' as I was blown away by a fabulous Trussart with a great price tag on it. (now part of my collection). As I missed the 'special discount' window Peter Calvert still extended the offer to me. Trying out was a 100% relaxed and stress free experience, Brian Love went completely out of his way to let me try different models, different amps, different pedals etc. Recently I found myself in a similar position with an amazing opportunity on a pre-owned Gibson LP 58 Custom. Brian took things even one step further and sent me a personalised video recording, demo-ing the LP for me. I have never ever experienced such an creative, innovative, virtual sales skill. In this case I could not make it to London in time so they had the beauty delivered to me in Amsterdam with laser sharp precision and quality. So in short, just go and visit this String Heaven and ENJOY, you will not regret it.
