Absolutely delighted with my purchase! What a wonderful guitar from a guitar builder I would not have known about if it hadn’t caught my eye on your site. It was packed well and arrived quickly! Excellent service, I look forward to doing business with you again soon.

I had the best experience with North American guitar in Tennessee. Kim made this so easy. She was on top of everything and got this guitar to me quickly and in perfect condition. Having bought many guitars from different dealers I would say this is the very BEST I have been treated. You can buy with confidence! Susan , Prescott Az Just to add another statement. I have bought a number of guitars from Ben and his team. Always superb communication and service.

I have purchased 2 high-end acoustic guitars from these guys this year and could not recommend them more highly. Their descriptions of the instruments and their ability to ship things immediately to the States was perfect both times. I sure would not hesitate to use them for a third time.
