Based on my personal experience, I would recommend The North American Guitar Co. for purchasing, consigning, and consulting on all things guitar. Customer service is a rare commodity nowadays and it is very welcome here.

Great service, highly recommend
Great experience shopping through the website, the staff is very responsive and helpful via the chat, and also via email. There were a few minor issues with the guitar I ordered when I received it, but talking to the staff over email we were able to resolve it and they made sure I was taken care of and happy with my product. Special thanks to Kim for all of her help!
