I took them a guitar I sorta hated and got back what might now be my favorite guitar - and I’ve got a vintage Martin D-28 to compare it to. I don’t know what accounts for the improvement.... all they did was change the electronics, but it just sounds a whole lot better. Maybe it’s because they also replaced the saddle? Or maybe it’s just that they put on a better set of strings than I was using? Whatever, I came away one more-than-satisfied customer.

Once again very happy with North American Guitar. Service and products warrant a five star rating which I am happy to verify here. Well done.
